New building with preservation of the original front façade to create three apartments. With a rational and extremely simple construction, concrete beams and slabs define three distinct cores: social (living room and kitchen), circulation and bathrooms, and private (bedrooms).
The singularity of the architecture is expressed through a limited selection of materials, used with precision: concrete slab, wooden flooring, and stone bathrooms.
