Rehabilitation of four original houses, converted into two, each with access to a private outdoor area. The internal layouts were preserved, with the main challenge being the placement of the staircases to the upper floor and the creation of bathrooms, which did not previously exist.
The original staircase core was used to house the sanitary infrastructure, and the smallest room was used to position the access staircase, serving as a symbolic element of the intervention.
