Rehabilitation of a small building with four housing units. The linear staircase structure was preserved, as was the rhythm of the openings. The hydraulic and sanitary infrastructure was positioned within the unit, allowing the living spaces — living room and bedroom — to benefit from good ventilation and natural light.
